1. Not Medical Advice
Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, in a Glo Session, or as part of The Glo Method constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Glo Sessions are skincare and cosmetic product consultations. They relate to skincare and cosmetic routines and products only.
- The Glo Method is a monthly meal plan and training (exercise) plan intended to support general weight-management goals. It is a nutrition and fitness programme, not a clinical or dietetic service.
Neither Glo Sessions nor The Glo Method involve advice, guidance, or protocols relating to peptides or any product sold through The Glo Shop — see Section 2 below. The content we provide across all services — including protocols, recommendations, meal and training plans, articles in the Glo Guide, and practitioner discussions — is for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. Glo Sessions, The Glo Method, and The Glo Shop Are Separate Services
The Glo Shop, Glo Sessions, and The Glo Method are entirely separate, independently-purchased services. Purchasing a product from The Glo Shop does not entitle you to related advice via a Glo Session or The Glo Method, and enrolling in a Glo Session or The Glo Method does not involve any guidance on Shop products. If you choose to use a Shop product alongside either service, that is done independently of, and is not endorsed, monitored, or advised upon by, our Glo Sessions practitioners or The Glo Method programme. 3. No Doctor-Patient or Practitioner-Client Relationship
Engaging with our practitioners through a Glo Session, or participating in The Glo Method, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a therapeutic relationship, or any equivalent professional relationship recognised under South African, US, UK, or Australian law. Our practitioners provide guidance based on the information you share with us, but this guidance is not a substitute for consultation with your own physician, specialist, or other qualified healthcare provider.

Any testimonials, case studies, before/after references, or outcomes described on this website, in marketing materials, or shared by other clients reflect individual experiences only. They are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results you personally will achieve.
